JIT Remodeling & Construction is a licensed Washington general contractor based in Pierce County, serving homeowners across the South Puget Sound. We design and build substantial remodels, additions, and custom ADUs for people who care about how their home looks, how it works, and how the project is run.
The company is led by Justin Schwebke, a general contractor who also holds a Washington real estate broker license. That combination shapes how we advise clients: we think about design, construction quality, and long-term value together, and we will tell you when a change is not worth the money.
Our trade partners are the region's most skilled specialists in cabinetry, tile, electrical, plumbing, and finish carpentry. We manage them closely, communicate constantly, and take responsibility for the whole result.
We work with three kinds of clients: homeowners shaping a house they intend to keep, owners of vacation rentals and second homes who need a house that hosts well and can be managed from a distance, and investors and sellers preparing a home for the market. The brief changes. The way we run the project does not.
Justin also hosts Washington Getaways & Vacation Homes, a video series about the state's most interesting places to stay, which keeps us close to the architecture and landscapes of the Northwest.
